We all have lots of happy memories from inside the walls of a Chick-fil-A. But this is the story of one woman’s Chick-fil-A memory that wasn’t so great… and how God used that experience to shape her life.

An Unhappy Chick-fil-A Memory
During our interview with author Erica Wiggenhorn she shared a story from her book, Letting God Be Enough, that happened while sitting at a booth at Chick-fil-A. She was working in retail and her boss took her to Chick-fil-A for her review. While most of the review was extremely positive Erica’s boss told her some constructive criticism. She told Erica that she talked too much. That piece of information sent Erica into a downward spiral.
From Insecurity to Confidence
Upon reflection, Erica learned a lot about herself that day at Chick-fil-A. She spent many years studying imposter syndrome and finding her identity and confidence in Christ. Even after finding success as an author, Erica struggled with feeling like she wasn’t enough. If those are topics you struggle with, follow Erica for encouragement and wisdom. And take a few minutes to listen to our entire interview with Erica.
